Growing up in Irmo, my family would make the trek across town to eat at our beloved S&S Cafeteria. With each trip, my mom always pointed out a few intriguing, unique houses nearby that she admired as a kid herself. Her interest in these houses sparked my own passion for real estate. This admiration of houses stayed with me as I traveled across the southeast playing tennis tournaments growing up. Tennis not only provided me the opportunity to learn the value of hard work, commitment and responsibility, but also the chance to fall in love with the style and craftsmanship of nearby houses, new and old, in each town.
While studying Mathematics at Presbyterian College, I saw firsthand the value of living in a close-knit community. After graduating I returned to the community that built me, the Midlands of South Carolina, with my Boykin Spaniel.
My actuarial experience in the corporate insurance industry sharpened my problem solving, negotiation and organization skills. I am committed to making each client’s experience as smooth as my home buying experience was with The ART of Real Estate. I look forward to matching you with your home for today and years to come.
